Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal details Yoddha Capital ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect them, who we share them with and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

Who we are

Yoddha Capital is a loan facilitator. We help individuals and businesses get loans and credit cards from the banks and NBFCs we work with. We do not lend money ourselves.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form or funding calculator, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Details about your requirement: such as the loan amount you need, your monthly income or annual turnover, business name and industry, years in business, city, property location and value, bank, monthly card spend, CIBIL score range, GST and ITR status, and anything you write in the message box. What we ask for depends on the product you choose.
• Technical details: the page you sent the form from, the time you sent it and your IP address. We use these to handle your enquiry and to protect the forms from spam and misuse.

You don't need to create an account to use this website, and we don't ask for PAN, Aadhaar or bank account numbers through these forms.

Why we use it

• To understand your requirement and work out which loan or card options suit you.
• To call you, message you (including on WhatsApp) or email you about your enquiry.
• To prepare and handle your application with lenders, once you ask us to go ahead.
• To keep the website and forms secure and to stop spam and fraud.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

When you send a form, you agree to us using your details for these purposes. We don't use them for anything unrelated, and we don't sell them.

Who we share it with

• Banks and NBFCs: only after you ask us to go ahead with an application, and only the details and documents those lenders need to assess it. Each lender then handles your data under its own privacy policy and may run a credit check with your consent.
• Service providers who help us run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the spam check on our forms), Google (secure storage of enquiries) and Resend (email alerts that tell our team a new enquiry has arrived). They process your data only on our behalf.
• Authorities: when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry and any application that follows, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below).

How we protect it

Your details are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. Only people at Yoddha Capital who need your details to help you can see them.

Cookies and your browser

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The website remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme by storing that choice in your own browser. Cloudflare's spam check may look at basic browser and device signals to confirm a real person is filling in a form.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal details we hold about you and how we have used them;
• correct, complete or update your details;
• delete your details, unless we have to keep them by law;
• stop using your details, by withdrawing your consent at any time; and
• name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it. If an application is already with a lender, you will also need to contact that lender.

Complaints and grievances

For any question or complaint about your personal data, contact our grievance officer at yoddhacapital@gmail.com or call +91 95091 73281 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm IST). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above. We don't knowingly collect details of anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
